El conjunto de las campanas pesa 27.550 kg. A nivel urbano, tanto la torre como la morfolog\u00eda general del palacio, constituyen un marco monumental excelente para el arranque de la Diagonal Sur, en su trayecto desde Plaza de Mayo hasta Av. Belgrano.<br><br>\n\nEntre los ambientes principales ricamente decorados, se destaca el Recinto de Sesiones con forma de hemiciclo, que posee muebles y <i>boiserie <\/i>en nogal italiano, columnas de m\u00e1rmol griego, y un cielorraso abovedado y encasetonado, con una gran claraboya central.<\/p>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Direcci\u00f3n: Per\u00fa 104\/90, esq.
